Cancellations Policy
Your time is valuable — and so is mine. I run a small, independent business with a deep commitment to giving each client a personalised, creative experience. To honour the energy and preparation that goes into every session, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellations With 24+ Hours Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule and give more than 24 hours’ notice, no fee will be charged. Life happens — I appreciate the heads-up.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This helps cover the time and resources set aside for your appointment.
No-Shows
If you don’t show up to your appointment and haven’t given notice, you’ll be charged 100% of the service cost. No-shows are hard on small businesses — thank you for understanding.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can cancel or reschedule by contacting me via email or Instagram message. Please don’t rely on third-party booking systems alone — reach out directly so I can make sure your spot is updated.

Travel fee
Naarm/Melbourne
I’m available for on-location styling across Naarm/Melbourne and beyond. Travel fees are calculated based on the distance from Melbourne CBD, the time required, and the nature of the booking (e.g. bridal, fashion, or event).
You’ll receive a personalised quote once I know the location and service details. Travel fees generally only cover the actual cost of travel to and from you. This ensures I arrive calm, prepared, and ready to focus on creating something beautiful with you.
Early starts
Generally I include early starts, travel time, and all products. However, exceptional circumstances may incur an additional fee but I will do my absolute best to accomodate you!
